Para cumprir estÑ meta, foi necessÑrio muita entrega, muito comprometimento, muitas noites saindo para correr depois do trabalho, algumas manhãs antes do trabalho, muito frio, muito sol, muito suor, muita preguiça, varias semanas, enfim, muito trabalho.
Foi a primeira planilha de treinos que eu tive, mesmo meu treinador sendo um app, foi minha primeira corrida, programado e entregue.
